NTA recently changed the pattern for the NEET 2025 exam. In this article, you will know about the complete pattern for the new format released officially by NTA in January, 2025. You will be also provided with a mock test composed of latest pattern and new NCERT syllabus.

- Section A (45 questions from Physics)

The new pattern paper will offer 180 questions distributed among four subjects which are Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. Every questions will award plus four (+4) marks for correctly marked option and deduct minus one (-1) marks for incorrectly marked option. Total paper will be of 720 marks. Basically, the overall choices of questions is now removed by NTA and all 180 questions will now be compulsory.
